After downloading the app you will need to input your cellphone number.
You will be asked to verify your phone number and agree to the terms and conditions herein.
Afterwards, you will receive the OTP on the phone number provided by you.
Enter the OTP and use the app.

You will be required to input your registered mobile number supplied at the time of sample collection and click on 'Get OTP' to receive a one-time password on your phone when you visit the COVID-19 report portal.
After entering the OTP, click on 'Verify and Proceed'. After that, you'll see a list of your name, age, and gender, as well as an action column.
